DWIGHT "LUCKY" DAIGLE

 President

Dwight is a 27 year retired combat veteran. He spent 11 years in the US Marines as a KC-130 Aircrew-man and 16 years as an AirForce SERE Specialist. Dwight is a NAUI Instructor and a PADI Assistant Instructor. He has been diving since 2003. He found scuba diving to be very therapeutic and even mission driven in various water conservation activities such as PADI's Project AWARE - Dive Against Debris. He is driven as a member of  Hero Scuba Group to help other Veterans and First Responders to learn and experience what SCUBA has to offer. His passions also include Skydiving, traveling, sailing, hunting and fishing in his spare time.

STEPHEN "SCUBA STEVE" BRADFORD

Co-Founder and Vice President

Steve is an Army Veteran of 5 years who suffers from symptoms of PTSD,  depression, and anxiety. Steve has been teaching scuba diving since 2005 for PADI and has found scuba diving helps minimize his symptoms.  When not diving, he likes to be at the beach, sail on cruises, and spend time with his family.

BRANDON SEIBERT

Co-Founder and Treasurer

Brandon medically retired from active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant as a Medic. He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Instructor and a PADI professional since 2010. Brandon has been utilizing SCUBA as a tool to treat his PTSD since 2008. Besides diving Brandon enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and traveling.

GREG BECKWORTH

Chief of Operations

Greg is a Navy veteran who's enjoys getting together with his fellow Veterans and having a fun time diving. Greg is also a PADI Assistant Instructor and has helped many students overcome their fears and go on to earn their SCUBA certification.

MARSHAL KYZAR

Secretary

Marshal is 10 year Army combat Veteran and a graduate of the Hero Scuba Group Class. He has found that diving helps minimize the symptoms of PTSD and chronic pain. When Marshal is not diving, he is in his Jeep on a trail in the woods with his trash bags doing his part to help keep the outdoors litter free for future generations. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Crystal, and two children, Alyssia and Greylin.

ERIC DICK

Webmaster

Eric is an active Divemaster and graduate of Texas A&M University. He believes the approach of HSG's mission and work can help Veterans and members of the First-Responder community benefit from Scuba Diving.
